The first workshop of the Erasmus+ project, “Think outside the box, think outside the trash, let's recycle,” took place in March 2022, at Zespół Szkół in Pasłęk, Poland. Youth from France, Italy, Tunisia, and Poland gathered to collaborate on ecological topics, focusing on environmental responsibility, the importance of clean air for human health, promoting eco-friendly practices, and raising awareness about recycling and sustainable resource use.

Students from Tunisia and France attended in person, while Italian partners joined remotely. Throughout the week, participants engaged in recycling workshops led by the project partner Dom pod Cisem in Elbląg, learned podcast recording techniques in collaboration with the Elbląg Entrepreneurship Incubator, and explored the educational trails of the Bażantarnia forest park. Intercultural activities organized at Zespół Szkół in Pasłęk fostered friendships, setting the foundation for continued collaboration until the next meeting in March 2023.

The week concluded with a project evaluation, a charity bake sale, and a concert, "Solidarity with Ukraine," organized in cooperation with the local Ukrainian community. Unfortunately, this was the only workshop to include the Tunisian school, as they withdrew from the project afterward.
